SHIPPING
Orders are dispatched within 1 working day of payment receipt, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Shipments are made via UPS or SDA Express Courier with tracking code. For international orders, UPS is the primary carrier.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking code.
Shipping costs
The system automatically calculates available shipping options based on the dimensions, weight and type of product. The price includes handling, packaging and courier fees. All items are carefully packaged, with special attention given to fragile goods.
International shipping
For orders outside Italy, the cost is calculated based on the destination and product type. We recommend contacting us before placing your order for an accurate delivery cost estimate.

PayPal — Instant payment. You can also pay without a PayPal account using a credit or debit card.
Bank Transfer — Payment credited within 1-2 working days. Orders are processed upon receipt of payment.
