Nextion is an HMI (Interface Human Machine Interface) solution that combines an integrated processor and a touch memory display with the Nextion Editor software for the development of the HMI GUI project.
Using the NEXTION Editor software, you can quickly develop the HMI GUI by dragging components (graphics, text, button, slider etc.)
And ASCII text instructions for coding the interaction of components on the display side. Nextion HMI display connects to peripheral MCU via TTL serial (5V, TX, RX, GND) to provide event notifications on which peripheral MCU can act, peripheral MCU can easily update progress and status to Nextion display using simple ASCII text instructions.
